Beatrice Speedway Block Party June 10

Be sure and join us Saturday night June 10th for the Beatrice Speedway
Block Party. Beatrice Speedway in conjunction with JET Racing and
Northeast Auto Inc. are proud to have live on stage immediately
following the races one of the most popular Midwest rock bands around -
Whizker Bizkit. Whizker Bizkits brand new CD goes on sale June 3rd and
there will be a representative on hand if you would like to purchase a
copy on site.

There will be a pork BBQ feed in the back pit area immediately after the
races as well. The following businesses and organizations are
sponsoring the pork BBQ feed. Beatrice Speedway, JET Racing, Crawford
Heating and Air Conditioning, Reedy Machine and Fabrication, Buhr Hog
Farms, Buhr Trucking, Bruna Hog Farms, Vans BBQ Aces, and Women for
Racing .

Admission to listen to the band and pork bbq feed is your grandstand
ticket stub or pit area arm band. Nobody will be allowed in without one
or the other.

Also on June 10th is Beatrice Speedway Hall of Fame Night, presented by
The Beatrice Speedway Hall of Fame, Several Hall of Fame inductees are
expected to be in attendance. In conjunction with the Beatrice Speedway
Hall of Fame Night the Big Car Assn. will be on hand for a couple of
sets of exhibition laps. The Big Car Assn. is a group of former drivers
from several different eras of racing that will have their cars on
display before the racing program that evening.

And if all that isn't enough to get your blood pumping the Beatrice
Speedway Hall of Fame will have "The BEAST" on hand. The Beast is a
full-scale dirt modified simulator, so you can try your hand at slinging
mud and see if you stack up with the best of the best in the Midwest.


The schedule June 10th is IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars, Hobby Stocks,
Sport Compacts, Limited Modifieds and Factory Stocks. Gates open at
3:30, hot laps at 5:00 and racing at 6:00.
