Twin 25's and NASCAR Whelen All American Series on Sunday, September 2. That
night, the Dodge Super Late Models will wind up their point season with
double features. Going into the final two weeks of their point season will
be the City Weekly Grand Nationals, Certified Transmission Pro Ams,
Modifieds and Hobby Stocks. There also will be a watermelon feed. Plus, the
grandstand ticket stubs for the evening will be good for $2 admission on the
following Sunday, September 9, as part of "Back to the Seventies Sunday."
Going into the final week, Al Humphrey is leading the Dodge Super Late Model
points by 13 points over Joe Kosiski. Both Humphrey and Kosiski are ranked
in the top 10 nationally of the NASCAR Whelen All American Series.
Kids will get to enjoy a watermelon feed courtesy of Sobbing Farms, and
adults are invited as well.
Tickets for this five class-six feature event night are $15 for adults,
juniors 11-17 are $12, and kids 10 and under are free. Gates open at 5:00
p.m., hot laps at 6:00 p.m., and racing action starts at 6:30 p.m.
Grandstand ticket stubs from this night will be good for a $2 admission on
Sunday, September 9 which will be the final points night for the City Weekly
Grand Nationals, Certified Transmission Pro Ams, Modifieds and Hobby Stocks.
Also scheduled for the night will be Demo Derby IV. Concession items and
beer will be $2 or less that night. Admission prices for those without a
ticket stub from Sunday, September 2 will be $10 for Adults, $8 for juniors
and kids 10 and under free.
