I-80 Cornhusker Classic Sep. 21-23

The fast paced racing action of the National Champion Racing Association
(NCRA) Late Models and Topless Outlaw Racing Series (TORA) Late Models in a
$3,000 to win feature race will highlight an action packed weekend at I-80
Speedway for the annual Cornhusker Classic, September 21-23. Support classes
include the CNTCA/IMCA/USRA Late Models, IMCA Type Modifieds, Grand
Nationals, Pro Stock/Pro Ams, B Modifieds, Hobby Stocks, Pro Hornets, Novice
Hornets and Novice Crate Late Models.

The 2007 Cornhusker Classic kicks off on Friday evening with a practice
session and the Pre-Cornhusker Classic Bash. Practice Session will run from
7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. The Pre-Cornhusker Classic Bash will start at 6:00
p.m., with live music starting at 9:00 p.m.

On Saturday, September 22, a full program of NCRA/TORA Late Models will run
including the main event. Qualifying heat races for CNTCA/IMCA/USRA Late
Models, IMCA Type Modifieds, Grand Nationals, Pro Stock/Pro Ams, B Modifieds
and Hobby Stocks will run that evening. Also, the Novice Hornets will
compete in a 10 lap feature race only, with starting positions determined by
draw.

On Sunday, September 23, last chance qualifying and feature races will be
run for the classes which had their qualifying heat races on Saturday. Also
added to the lineup will be a 15 lap Pro Hornet race and a 15 Lap Novice
Crate Late Model race, both with starting positions determined by draw.

Full purse for all classes, pit pass prices, ticket prices, and other
activities going on during the Cornhusker Classic weekend will be released
soon.

Racing on Saturday starts at 6:30 p.m. with the front gates opening at 5:00
p.m. On Sunday, the action starts at 5:00 p.m. with gates opening at 3:30
p.m.

Anyone under the age of 19 must have a minor's release form on file with
I-80 Speedway. The forms are available online at the track website,
www.neracewaypark.com, at the track office, 5040 I Street, or at the track
itself.
