August 4th will bring a close to the Bud Light Wingless Sprint shows at
Eagle Raceway for this season. With a close points battle, the racing will
be intense in not only the Bud Light Wingless Sprints, but in all of the
classes. The July 28th makeup features will kick off the Sizzlin' August
Nights presented by Z92 with the Monster IMCA Modifieds, Valentino's IMCA
Hobby Stocks and Stereo West Auto Toy's IMCA Sport Compacts with a full
night of racing action to follow.
August 4th will also be a night to help long time Eagle Raceway employee,
Mike Cacak, with his long road of recovery after his accident. 50% of all
the profits from the nights events will go to the Mike Cacak Benefit Fund.
This fund is set up at Wells Fargo Bank for any donations.
Front gate admission for Adults $10, Youth(6-13) $5 and Children(5 & under)
Free. Front gates open at 5:30pm and racing at 7:00pm.
There are no refunds available for the July 28th races. The heat races were
complete, so this is considered a full night of racing. In consideration,
there will be a Happy Hour special from 6:30pm-7:30pm on August 4th with $1
off hotdogs and $1 off beer.
The makeup features for the Budweiser Winged Sprints will be run on August
18th, Fan Appreciation and Kid's Night. This night will be a huge night for
the kids as we give away tons of bikes and a movie will be following the
races on the EagleVision.
