Metz, Phelps, Evers, Mittan, Runcie and Prall win at Beatrice Speedway

Greg Metz of Washington,KS battled early on in the A Feature with David Trauernicht
until taking the lead and running away from the competion in route to his second
Feature win of 2006 at Beatrice. He held off Chris Alcorn, Bob Zoubek, Johnny
Saathoff and Gary Saathoff took take home the win.

Tyler Phelps of Beatrice took home the win in the IMCA Stock Cars taking the lead
early and dominating the competition to earn top honors. Lance Borgman, James
Griffith, Josh Carpenter and Jeff Joldersma rounded out the front 5.

Craig Evers of Beatrice took home the win in the Limited Modifieds after passing
David Jueneman he went on unchallenged for the win. David Jueneman, Nick Warnke,
Tom Vanover JR and Kevin Vanlaningham followed him over the line.

Neal Mittan of Wymore took home the win in the Factory Stocks. Roy Armstrong, Jeff
Watts, Kurt Phelps and Lyle Slama rounded out the first 5.

Travis Runcie of Beatrice took home the top honors in the IMCA Hobby Stocks. He was
chased across the line by Brian Langdale, Brian Schmidt, Aron DeWalt and Greg Post
rounded out the first 5. The only thing to dampen Runcie's night was to lose his
carb his claimed by the t54 of Tom Creek.

Jack Prall III of Union took home the win in the IMCA Sport Compacts. He was
followed across the line by Garrett Hake, Jay Kreft, Josh Weins and Nate Canham.
