Next week will be a week full of activity at Junction Motor Speedway just west of McCool Junction, NE Scheduled dates and divisions for the 2006 Nebraska State Championships are as follows;
Tuesday August 8th-Open Stock Cars, Hobby Stocks and B Mods
Wednesday August 9th-Modifieds and the Good Old Time Racing Association
Thursday, August 10th-4 Cylinder Front Wheel Drives, Cruisers and Limited Late Models
2005 defending Champions of each division are: The Stock division for 2005 was Travis Dickes from Madison, Ne, the Hobby Stock winner was Andy Boeckman of Wall Lake, Ia. and Dusty Leonard of Marysville, Ks. in the B Mods was crowned the Champion. For the Modifieds in 2005 the Championship spot went to Jason Friesen of Sutton, Ne, and in the 4 Cylinder Front Wheel Drives the Champion was Scott Lee of Lincoln, Ne. The Cruiser class saw Jeff Timmermans and Jarrod Timmermans of Grafton, NE take the checkered flag for the Championship of that division. In the Limited Late Model Division for 2005 Champion Mark Lueken of Albion, NE was crowned the State Champion.

Races all three nights start at 7:30 and the Admission is only $8 for Adults, $4 for 6 to 12 years and 5 and under are free.
