Sep 10 2007 - BASIC PROCEDURES AND QUALIFYING FOR CORNHUSKER CLASSIC
NCRA & TORA will follow NCRA rules and qualifying procedures.


BASIC PROCEDURES & QUALIFYING FOR ALL OTHER CLASSES.

1) No NASCAR license is required for this event.

2) Draw: All cars will draw for heat race position. Heat races will be
8 or 10 laps.

3) Passing points: The I-80 Speedway passing point system will be
utilized (1.76 pts per car + pos. points) in the heat races with the top 14
cars in total passing points advancing to the A feature with the top 6 in
passing points inverted.

4) All cars that fail to qualify for the A feature on the first night
will be placed in one or more Last Chance races unless there are 22 or less
cars signing in for day 2. If 22 cars or less, they will be lined up by
their first night passing points with any new cars added to the rear of the
field as they sign in.

a. All A features are considered a 22 car starting field.

b. If there are 31 or more cars in a class, 24 will start the A
feature. If there are 51 or more cars in a class, 26 cars will start the A
feature.

5) Restarts: Single file restarts for all races.

6) On restarts, lapped cars will be left in the running order until the
last 5 laps of the A feature at which time they will be placed to the rear
of the field.

7) All purses are guaranteed for a 2 day event in each class. Purses
and events will be altered in case we have to resort to a one day event.

8) Any person racing in 2 or more classes will be required to pay the
respective entry fee plus $60 for each additional class for full pay.

9) Any person racing on Sunday only will be required to pay the
respective entry fee plus $60 for full pay.

10) Novice Crate Late Models, Novice Hornets and Pro Hornets will run a
feature race on Sunday only, with starting lineup determined by a draw.
There is no entry fee for these classes.
