Changes for Autograph Day

From Gary Dominguez, Midwest Racers Autograph Day

As many of you know the resulting rescheduling of racing at Eagle Raceway on April 5th has created a scheduling conflict with Midwest Racers Autograph Day. In cooperation with Eagle Raceway on the rescheduled Icebreaker Challenge, we have implemented the following policy;

1) We will have a special area exclusively for cars at Autograph Day that will be running at Eagle Raceway that evening. This area will help facilitate an early departure for the track. You must notify a committee member upon arrival of your intention to run at the Icebreaker so you can be placed in this area. You can also call ahead to reserve a spot in this area by calling traffic coordinator Bruce Steenson at 402 499-3458

2) Cars competing in the Icebreaker will be allowed to leave at 2PM in order to make it to the track in ample time. Cars not competing in the event will still be expected to remain on display until the 4 PM closing time. (Remember, your sponsors are counting on you for maximum exposure, so it would be to your advantage to stay as long as possible).

3) Discount coupons supplied by Eagle Raceway to the Icebreaker Challenge Grandstand Admission will be available only at Autograph Day. In order to receive the discount coupons for their sponsors, friends and family, all participants MUST stay until their designated times.

4) Additional rules regarding the $500 sponsorship drawing for the first 25 cars signed up are forthcoming from our sponsor Oswald Trucking Inc.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation in making both of these events successful! Thanks also to Eagle Raceway for their cooperation!
