Speedway will be held at Hooters, 124th and Center, on Sunday, February 17,
and drivers, race crews and fans will be able to purchase their season
passes that day. Hooters and I-80 Speedway will be giving away prizes
throughout the race, and Hooters will be running a special on their Daytona
Wings, and $3.50 Big Daddy Anheuser Busch products.
Chief Steward Don Murcek and Danielle Jensen will be at Hooters from 12:00
p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to take your car number registrations, season pass orders
and pit pad orders. Decks and Grandstand passes also will be available for
sale.
The Grandstand Avid Fan Pass, which will be good for all LDI shows including
specials, will only be $250 with a $332 value. It's good for 30 shows
including both nights of the ASCS Spring Sprint show, Alphabet Soup Race,
Carl Edwards Night, Wingless Sprint Car Show, Hornet Nationals and the
Cornhusker Classic.
Reserved decks will also be available for $500, and include 40 tickets good
for any non-special race night. Deck spots from last year will be honored,
and new decks will be assigned with every effort being made to give the fan
the deck they request.
I-80 Speedway fans can also join the City Weekly/Waterfall Lounge Daytona
500 party at Waterfall Lounge, 10208 S. 168th St., with drink specials, food
specials and prize giveaways throughout the race. Ed Kosiski will be on hand
during the race to take season pass orders.
