Eagle Raceway regular Phil Penney success at Mohave Valley
Phil Penney, a longtime top runner in the Modified division at Eagle Raceway started his season early at Mohave Valley Raceway in Arizona. He finished 15th in the Feb 4th A feature, 8th on the 11th and won the race on the 18th. UPDATE: Phil ran 2nd on 2/25.
