Speed Bowl in Trouble?

Saw this on the dirtdrivers message board. Right now I'll treat it as a RUMOR. There may be issues with insurance.

From "Racemama" - who is listed as a rep from the Speed Bowl:

"The insurance WON'T insure the facility the way it is! Landowners
won't make the required improvements."
